Senior Installer - Ricart Automotive Job Overview

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Supervise the installation team, ensuring tasks are allocated and completed efficiently.
  • Install Window Film, Paint Protection Film, Ceramic Coating, and Vinyl Wrapping according to established specifications.
  • Perform auto detailing on vehicles as required.
  • Conduct thorough inspections before and after vehicle installations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines consistently.
  • Complete necessary documentation for each repair.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Stay informed on all manufacturer updates and training relevant to vehicle installations.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable bending, crouching, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
  • Proficient in driving various vehicle types, including sports cars, SUVs, and large trucks.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
  • Able to work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Skilled in using tools effectively.
