Position Overview: Lead Installer - Ricart Automotive

Ricart Automotive stands as the largest single-point auto mall in the nation, featuring over 67 acres and two locations. Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Oversee the installation team, ensuring tasks are allocated and executed efficiently.
  • Apply Window Film, Paint Protection Film, Ceramic Coating, and Vinyl Wrapping according to specifications.
  • Perform thorough auto detailing on vehicles as required.
  • Conduct pre-installation and post-installation inspections of vehicles.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines consistently.
  • Complete necessary documentation for each installation.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a smooth workflow.
  • Stay informed on all manufacturer updates and training relevant to vehicle installations.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable bending, crouching, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
  • Skilled in driving various vehicle types, including sports cars, SUVs, and large trucks.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
  • Able to work in diverse temperature conditions.
  • Proficient in using tools related to the installation process.
