About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for consulting with customers on a regular basis to discuss design, development, and maintenance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate installation procedures and assist sales channel, field teams, and customers with technical solutions to support their business objectives.
  • Analyze data to determine the feasibility of product proposals and integrate OSI, first article, and prototype orders.
  • Resolve technical and process-related issues, document build processes, and train production staff on customer requirements and industry best practices.
  • Consult with other technology staff to evaluate operational and performance requirements of overall design/prototype.
  • Communicate engineering change notifications to production, sales, and customer engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably with a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Key skills include:

  • Technical knowledge and frequent application of standards, principles, concepts, and techniques.
  • Ability to develop solutions to a wide variety of problems and work on projects requiring evaluation and analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
