Key Responsibilities- Data Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines with a focus on data governance and security for employee relations and other HR data.
- Strategic Reporting: Create strategic designs of reports, supporting technology updates to case management systems to yield better insights to business units and HR leaders.
- Data Analysis: Conduct analysis, work with others to analyze data, and share insights with proposed actions that improve quality and adherence to policies.
- Dashboard Development: Create intuitive and insightful dashboards to support HR leaders and professionals to support the businesses across CVS Health.
- Consulting Services: Provide HR leaders with guidance on problem analysis, solution validation, risk management, issue resolution/escalation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Data Literacy: Assist with building out the data literacy learning agenda.
- Experience: At least 7 years of relevant HR Analytics experience.
- Data Engineering: 2+ years' experience manipulating backend data from multiple sources to create reports/dashboards providing in-depth trending and insights analysis within the Tableau system and/or PowerPoint presentations.
- Data Analysis: 2+ years' experience of analytics tools/languages such as Tableau, SAS, Alteryx, Python, R, etc., to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources.
- Data Visualization: 2+ years' experience utilizing Tableau (or other visualization tools) to create dashboards.
- Consulting Skills: 3+ years' experience partnering with business owners to understand requirements, develop project timelines, and deliver data sets or analysis on time.
- Human Resources Experience: 2+ years' experience working in a human resources environment.
- Education: Master's Degree.
