Quality Principal Engineer, AI PMO

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define detailed workflows for Generative AI projects
  • Provide consulting and guidance to functions on developing strategic priorities and structuring business problems
  • Evaluate and build proposals for strategic opportunities to apply process modernization
  • Drive cross-functional projects for prioritized business problems to be solved by leveraging technology
  • Support Project Lead with definition, planning, execution, and change management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 days per week onsite, with years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • Experience and understanding in Automation, Analytics, and Data Science techniques, and applying them to solve business problems
  • Proven Process engineering experience leading projects with a broad set of stakeholders and work activities
  • Structured program management skills: Project scoping, planning, execution, and change management
  • Black Belt, PMP, and/or Agile Scrum Master Certification essential
