About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Stowers Machinery. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Install, construct, and maintain HVAC systems, as well as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve maintenance issues and ensure facilities are operational.
  • Document all repair operations, including parts used, labor time, and expenses.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, with a strong focus on HVAC systems.
  • Expertise in electrical diagnostics, advanced troubleshooting, and repair of 120-480-volt electrical equipment.
  • Ability to work nights, independently, and in remote locations.
  • Strong customer service, professionalism, integrity, and adaptability.
  • Valid state driver's license and current DOT medical card for towing (if required).
