Eating Disorder Therapist Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Eating Disorder Therapist Specialist to provide individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy under supervision. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive treatment to clients and their families. The successful candidate will also provide back-up coverage across sites or virtually, supporting planned or unplanned PTO and recruitment for open roles.
Work Schedule:
Float between Outpatient and Residential settings, with a flexible schedule tailored to coverage needs.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a behavioral sciences field with pre-independent licensure, progressing toward independent licensure
- Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience required
- Provisional or Associate licensure required
- Valid driver's license and authorization to drive
- Current Basic Life Support certification within 14 days of hire (American Heart Association)
- DBT, CBT, FBT experience a plus
- Eating Disorders treatment experience a plus
- Computer proficiency necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
