Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist I to join our team at The Emily Program. As a Therapist I, you will provide individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment to clients and their families. This float role will provide backup coverage across sites or in a virtual format within a specific geographic region, supporting planned or unplanned PTO, as well as recruitment for open roles as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy under supervision
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment
  • Float between Outpatient and Residential settings
  • Flexible schedule depending on coverage needs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field with pre-independent licensure, working toward independent licensure
  • Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience required
  • Provisional or Associate licensure required
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to drive
  • Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 14 days from date of hire
  • DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred
  • Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
