Eating Disorder Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist I to join our team at The Emily Program. As a Therapist I, you will provide individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment to clients and their families. This float role will provide backup coverage across sites or in a virtual format within a specific geographic region, supporting planned or unplanned PTO, as well as recruitment for open roles as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy under supervision
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment
- Float between Outpatient and Residential settings
- Flexible schedule depending on coverage needs
- Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field with pre-independent licensure, working toward independent licensure
- Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience required
- Provisional or Associate licensure required
- Valid driver's license and authorization to drive
- Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 14 days from date of hire
- DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred
- Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
