Frontline Customer Service Associate

**About the Role**
We are seeking a Frontline Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a member of our front-end staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.
**Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean store environment, handling customer transactions, and responding to member inquiries. You will also be required to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable using technology, including mobile retail applications, and have basic math skills.
