Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in all essential duties.

Advanced capability to interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, contracts, and procedures.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role being highly advantageous.

Ability to think critically, troubleshoot effectively, and resolve problems efficiently.

Competence in performing basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals, multiplication, and division, as well as using measurements accurately.

Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and nonverbal) are essential.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.

A technical degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience, along with significant mechanical aptitude, or a combination of education and experience.

Preferred certifications or experience in the following areas:

Journeyman or Master Electrician license

OSHA certifications

First Aid and CPR certification

Physical Requirements:

While executing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. The employee frequently stands, walks, climbs, lifts and carries up to 60 lbs, crawls, kneels, pushes, and reaches; uses hands to handle and feel objects.

In carrying out the responsibilities of this position, the employee is often exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. The employee may occasionally encounter extreme conditions at construction sites, with noise levels that can be loud. This role may require working outdoors in various weather conditions.
