**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as an Industrial Sales Professional.
You will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new accounts, supporting and expanding business on existing accounts, and building relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an industrial background who is a forward-thinking and independent individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Present product information to clients and address any questions or concerns
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
**Requirements:**
- Industrial background strongly preferred
- Experience in sales
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently
**Compensation and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000 per year, plus commission. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time-off, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
