We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Laboratory Manager to lead our core laboratory operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Oversee the management of laboratory personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results, and implement quality control measures to minimize errors.
- Develop and manage the laboratory budget, and ensure effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services with other healthcare services.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience in laboratory management, with a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of laboratory professionals.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of laboratory information systems and other relevant technologies.
