The position requires working alongside cross-functional teams to ensure that our technological solutions align with business requirements and yield measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the deployment of digital HR solutions, ensuring they are in sync with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Establish connections across systems, processes, design, configuration, customization, and integration to address and fulfill business needs.

• Formulate recommendations that exemplify excellence and best practices in HR processes and technological solutions.

• Conduct comprehensive testing of HR systems to validate functionality, performance, and security.

• Implement quality assurance protocols to mitigate the risk of system errors and data inconsistencies.

• Exhibit thought leadership in technical issues and devise innovative solutions to overcome challenges.

• Facilitate technical discussions with relevant team members to build consensus and align on execution strategies.

• Oversee the delivery of technological solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications and configurations for implementation.

• Collaborate with software vendors to enable external support and drive system improvements.

• Develop concise and actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Master's Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to quickly evaluate situations, identify gaps, and propose solutions as a thought leader.
  • Proficient in creating essential technical documentation (e.g., Step-by-Step/User Guides, Knowledge Articles, FAQs).
  • 5-7 years of experience in product engineering or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting the assessment and implementation of HR technology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) algorithms is preferred.
  • Experience in managing projects/programs and delivering results based on project plans and milestones is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all organizational levels and non-technical audiences is preferred.
  • Knowledge of technical systems such as Infor, ServiceNow, Workato, and UI Path is preferred.
  • Experience working in an iterative environment utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies for testing and logging results in tools like Monday.com, Jira, or Confluence is preferred.
  • Experience in creating and executing automation test scripts, user acceptance testing (UAT), etc., is preferred.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python is preferred.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, UFT, etc., is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is preferred.
  • Agile Certified Practitioner certification is preferred.
