Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and achieving sales and profit goals.
- Assist with operational controls, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and customer service initiatives.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member performance and productivity.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and upholding Arby's Core Values.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth, improve processes, and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience as a manager in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and customer service initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.
