As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will identify opportunities and execute transactions that align with our strategic plan. Your expertise in healthcare mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships will drive business development, network growth, and affiliation strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiation processes for mergers and acquisitions
- Developing and implementing network growth and portfolio diversification strategies
- Collaborating with executive leadership to drive growth, expand market presence, and improve access to care
- Participating in partnership and joint venture boards, ensuring alignment with UCSF Health's goals and values
We offer a competitive salary range of $179,800 - $436,400 (Annual Rate) and a comprehensive benefits package. If you are a strategic leader with a passion for healthcare, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements- Minimum 7 years of experience in business and/or healthcare strategic planning, transaction advisory services, consulting, business development, finance, and/or investment banking
- Demonstrated experience leading due diligence, analysis, negotiation, and contracts for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and implementation skills, with the ability to direct cross-functional teams
- Highly advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with executives, providers, and staff at all levels
