Equipment Inventory Coordinator

The Equipment Inventory Clerk will work closely with the Equipment Manager to perform administrative tasks and various functions within the Detailed Equipment Team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a variety of customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Acts as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to the heavy equipment inventory.
• Administers shipping and receiving documents related to equipment movement and enters related information into software systems.
• Accurately identifies equipment serial numbers, records basic equipment descriptions, and labels equipment correctly.
• Promotes a culture of health and safety for employees and customers.
• Provides assistance to the Detailed Equipment Inspection Team as required.
• Supports the Sales team with appraisals and write-ups in the field during peak periods.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures to ensure success in this role.
Requirements
• 1 to 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and trucks, or the desire to learn.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office Suite products, including Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-directed, with excellent organizational skills.
