Job Description and Duties

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and is subject to change as business needs arise.

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to work in the Enterprise Testing Office (ETO) as an IT Associate. The ETO plays an integral role in the maintenance and operations of EDD's automated systems, providing various testing services, including system testing, performance testing, and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply business knowledge and technical experience to support EDD in testing of automated systems supporting our internal and external customers.
  • Work well independently and with other team members to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure successful testing and implementation of systems.
Working Conditions:

This position is located at EDD's headquarters office at 800 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, California. Benefits of working at this location include:
