    • Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve inventory management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
