JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to define and implement innovative revenue management systems and solutions. This role involves leading a team of Operations Research engineers and other technical professionals to develop creative business solutions addressing pricing, revenue management, sales, and reservations challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee programming and analysis efforts by adhering to standard application development methodologies to support revenue management and sales systems.
2. Ensure alignment with broader project teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
3. Guide the team in providing analytical and research-oriented solutions that have a significant impact on business operations.

SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS:
This position primarily supports Sales & Revenue Management, with potential involvement in additional areas such as Loyalty, Brand, and Operations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Operations Research field.
- Proven track record in developing innovative methodologies in advanced Operations Research, Analytics, and complex mathematical modeling to resolve business challenges.
- Recent experience as the primary point of accountability for applications with significant Operations Research or modeling components.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying Operations Research solutions that enhance profitability.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Management practices within the hospitality industry.
- Experience leading large teams and initiatives from inception to delivery in both waterfall and agile frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Graduate degree in Operations Research or a related discipline (Management Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience leading medium to large-scale initiatives or transformations.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry processes and best practices.
- Skills in predictive modeling, forecasting, or statistical analysis on large datasets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective prioritization skills in high-pressure environments.

- Monitor and manage Operations Research projects to ensure timely delivery within defined scope and budget.
