Purpose:
Texoma Community Center is seeking a skilled Case Manager to provide case management services and rehabilitation skills training to children and adolescents with emotional disturbance and/or mental illness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and be able to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
Provide case management services, including advocacy, crisis services, and individual and group skills training
Operate under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care, aligning with CCBHC standards
Collaborate with program managers to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organizational policies and regulations

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Education, Criminal Justice, or Counseling
Qualification for QMHP-CS
Two years' Human Services experience preferred
Ability to speak a second language relevant to the population served, preferred
