Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, identify, screen, and select qualified applicants for open positions, as well as facilitate the learning of job-related knowledge, skills, and behavior.

  • Discipline and Appraisal: Administer corrective action when employees fail to meet attendance, performance, or conduct requirements, and evaluate aspects of employee performance in accordance with performance standards.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be 18 years old or older, have one to three years of experience in related fields and/or previous management experience, and be able to obtain LP Gas and forklift certification.

Working Conditions:
As a Sales Floor Manager, you will be subject to environmental conditions, including noise and extreme heat temperatures above 100 degrees Fahrenheit for periods of more than one hour.
