  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure that all maintenance and repair needs are met.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Experience in supervising maintenance staff preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
