- Customer-Focused: You have a natural ability to sell the features, advantages, and benefits of a product to customers.
- Availability and Flexibility: You are able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
- Results-Oriented: You are results-oriented and process-driven, with high expectations of self and team.
We expect all part-time employees to be available for opening and closing shifts a minimum of three times per week. All employees must be available at least one full weekend day. Part-time is 30 hours or less per week. However, depending on customer volume, we can allocate full-time hours to support the business. The hourly rate is $18 per hour, depending on experience.
