Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Engineer to play a key role in defining our network installation process and creating company network standards. As a member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with design, project management, and executive teams to ensure the success of all network installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Design and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate comprehensive long and short-term project plans, defining schedules, identifying milestones, and establishing expectations to meet project deadlines effectively.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct ongoing quality control assessments during project development to uphold the expected standards.
  • Network Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security, recommending and implementing upgrades to maintain optimal network performance.
  • Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to integrate network solutions into overall business strategies, provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers, and conduct training sessions to enhance the technical skills of the service center and advanced support teams.
  • Incident Management: Generate, revise, resolve, or escalate incidents in adherence to company policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a proven track record in designing and managing enterprise-level networks.
  • Extensive knowledge in networking protocols, Wi-Fi protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex projects.
  • Ability to work with a variety of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
  • Thorough knowledge of IPTV and STB technology are highly desirable.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of Level 2 & Level 3 networking, TCP/IP protocol, routing and switching (ACLs, static routes, NAT, VLANs, trunking, STP, DNS, DHCP, etc...)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
