Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience in upscale restaurant settings, along with a culinary training degree. Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present meals that meet the restaurant's high standards and customer expectations.
  • Accurately measure and portion ingredients for food preparation.
  • Ensure that kitchen staff comply with established protocols, procedures, and sanitation standards.
