Key Responsibilities:

About the Team Operations Supervisor Role:
The Team Operations Supervisor is a full-time position responsible for leading peers and supporting daily business operations. You will uphold and maintain our Judgement Free Zone while coaching team members to do the same.

In this role, you will guide peers through task completion and drive the success of club priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional member experience through consistent communication and interaction with the team.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
Directing peers to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.

Modeling behaviors that provide an outstanding member experience; coaching and inspiring others to follow suit.

Assisting team members with elevated member concerns.


Daily tasks for the Team Operations Supervisor also encompass: Welcoming members/guests as they enter and exit the club; addressing any questions or concerns they may have during check-in.


Promoting our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor, offering assistance, and supporting their fitness journeys while adhering to club policies.

Resolving member concerns and escalating issues to management as necessary.

Answering phone inquiries in a friendly manner and assisting callers.

Handling membership-related functions such as sign-ups, updating contact/billing information, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships.

Conducting prospective member calls and tours; assessing their membership needs.

Executing retail transactions accurately and driving sales goals.

Regularly cleaning and sanitizing all exercise equipment and amenities, including communal spaces and assigned areas.

Ensuring restrooms are clean, stocked, and organized by following the routine cleaning schedule.

Performing comprehensive walkthroughs of all club areas; promptly addressing any safety or policy issues and cleanliness concerns.

Addressing maintenance and facility issues such as broken or missing equipment (e.g., dispensers, leaky faucets, fixtures, etc.)


Qualifications:

About Your

Qualifications:

6-12 months of experience in a customer service setting is preferred.

Demonstrated experience in leading others.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).

Basic computer skills are required.

Physical Demands of the

Team Operations Supervisor:
Continuous standing and movement throughout the club to complete tasks during shifts.

Frequent communication in person or over the phone to exchange information during shifts.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Exposure to cleaning chemicals during shifts.

Regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.

Ability to move in various positions, including bending and twisting, to complete tasks.
