Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cook to join our team at the Felician Sisters of North America. As a key member of our dietary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving healthy, nutritious meals to our residents in a safe and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of food service experience, preferably in an institutional or commercial setting. You will work closely with our Dining Supervisor to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that our residents receive exceptional care.

In addition to your culinary skills, you will also be responsible for ordering food and supplies, verifying invoices, and assisting with the training of new staff members. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve healthy, nutritious meals to residents
  • Work closely with Dining Supervisor to ensure daily operations run smoothly

Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of food service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in an institutional or commercial food service setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
