As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing production associates, ensuring production standards are met, and establishing a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of production associates to ensure efficient production processes
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
  • Establish and maintain a Quality Assurance program to ensure high-quality products
  • Manage product control programs to minimize loss and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse or plant management
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Computer literate with general PC applications and Excel skills
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
