Account Executive

At Infinity, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Account Executive - Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing quick solutions and empathetic responses to consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses in need of roadside assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empathize with customers in high-stress situations
- Address customer and provider questions about billing and registration
- Provide updates to customers, providers, and clients throughout the dispatch process
- Stay up-to-date on our growing customer base
- Utilize knowledge of our products and services to answer inquiries or forward to the appropriate staff
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Type 25+ WPM
- Passion for helping others
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Maps
- Ability to quickly adapt to various types of calls and issues
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and empathy
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
