Job Overview

At Infinity, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Account Executive - Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing quick solutions and empathetic responses to consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses in need of roadside assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empathize with customers in high-stress situations
  • Address customer and provider questions about billing and registration
  • Provide updates to customers, providers, and clients throughout the dispatch process
  • Stay up-to-date on our growing customer base
  • Utilize knowledge of our products and services to answer inquiries or forward to the appropriate staff

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Type 25+ WPM
  • Passion for helping others
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Maps
  • Ability to quickly adapt to various types of calls and issues
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and empathy
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
