Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Intermedia Group, Inc. in Hartford, Connecticut.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide individual and group therapy to assigned clients, conduct intakes and assessments, and maintain a caseload of regular clients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, 0-5 years of experience, and CT independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.). Bilingual Spanish and English skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy to assigned clients
  • Conduct intakes and assessments as needed
  • Maintain a caseload of regular clients and meet agency productivity standards
  • Make appropriate referrals and maintain contact with other therapists, physicians, and agencies involved in the client's case
  • Have familiarity and comfort working with issues related to homelessness, substance abuse, mental health diagnosis, and history of trauma
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work
  • 0-5 years of experience
  • CT independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English), required

We offer a competitive salary range of $51,900 - $70,000, a full-time 8-hour shift, and a dynamic work environment.
