Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Flex Team, providing flexible scheduling and premium pay opportunities. As a CNA on our Flex Team, you will have the ability to work at multiple communities within the Indianapolis market, selecting shifts that suit your availability.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, recreational needs, and nutritional requirements.
  • Ensure residents' dignity and comfort, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams, providing updates on residents' conditions and changes in care needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and maintain a positive, supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Indiana.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Preferred experience in senior living, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and care.
