We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in the Operating Room at Community Hospital Anderson. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for scrubbing on a variety of surgical cases, assisting surgeons, and anticipating their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scrub on a variety of surgical cases, adhering to sterile and aseptic techniques
  • Assist surgeons and anticipate their needs during procedures
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Surgical Technology from a CAAHEP accredited program of Surgical Technology
  • 1 year of Operating Room experience preferred
  • Certified Surgical Technologist preferred or required within 6 months of hire
  • Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task with a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness
