- Provide weekly central line care and lab draws while observing infection control practices and standard precautions.
- Coordinate with supervisor, staffing, and pharmacy staff to ensure patient care aligns with physician plans.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) programs to complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Current unrestricted RN license to practice in Arizona.
- Previous infusion and home health care experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible schedule and valid driver's license required.
