Job Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult independently with clients.
  • Familiarity with legal classifications of business entities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate on and participate in sales presentations.
  • Understanding of banking compliance regulations and their application.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Notary Public certification is advantageous.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid State of Colorado Driver's License.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and personal banking roles is required.

Working Conditions

Environment:

This position operates within a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. The role may require prolonged periods of standing or sitting and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Travel to client locations may be necessary, including potential weekend and evening hours.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required, with repetitive motions likely.
