Care Team Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Team Specialist to join our team at Cook Children's Medical Center. As a key member of our Care Team, you will play a critical role in providing psychosocial assessments and therapeutic crisis intervention for families and victims of child abuse.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the needs of families and victims of child abuse
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the needs of families and victims
* Collaborate with the Care Team and community agencies to provide comprehensive services to families and victims
* Provide crisis intervention and support to families and victims in times of need

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in social work (MSW)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in child maltreatment (e.g. child welfare, child protection, or a child advocacy group)
* LMSW licensure in Texas, LCSW preferred
* CPR certification
