Job Description

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the right products for their home improvement needs. The Sales Associate will work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and targets, and will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide assistance with finding products and answering questions
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Requirements
  • 6 months experience in retail or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
