Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Perinatal Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at MFM Services at NFRMC. As a Perinatal Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, with a focus on OB/GYN and fetal ultrasound.
  • Apply fetal ultrasound principles to evaluate fetal anomalies and gynecological ultrasound principles to evaluate patient conditions.
  • Operate various ultrasound machines, including General Electric, Accuson, Medison, and ATL, with proficiency.
  • Maintain accurate ultrasound logging records, including patient history and medical information.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including Level I & II ultrasounds, amniocentesis, and other specialized exams.
  • Collaborate with other staff members, obstetric offices, and hospital personnel to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Ultrasound or related field, required.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • At least one year of related experience, required.
  • RDMS certification, required; RDMS – OB/GYN, preferred.
