Ultrasound Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Perinatal Ultrasound Tech to join our team at MFM Services at NFRMC. As a Perinatal Ultrasound Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform consistently accurate and high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
- Apply fetal ultrasound principles in the evaluation of fetal anomalies.
- Apply gynecological ultrasound principles in the evaluation of patients.
- Adapt to various ultrasound machines while maintaining high standards of sonography.
- Perform ultrasounds on maternal uterus, cervix, and ovaries.
- Perform complicated twin and triplet scans in conjunction with in-office multiple gestation service.
- Operate General Electric, Accuson, Medison, and ATL ultrasound machines with proficiency.
- Continues to expand knowledge of latest technology.
- Maintain ultrasound logging records including past medical history, past surgical history, past obstetric history, and past genetic history.
- Prepare patients for procedures including and not limited to Level I & II ultrasounds, amniocentesis, lung maturity amniocentesis, PUBS, anmio reduction, external cephalic version, and GYN ultrasound.
- Maintain professional relationship with other staff members, other obstetric offices, and hospital personnel.
- Associates degree in Ultrasound, required
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
