In partnership with established practices, we provide administrative support to mental health providers, including human resources, IT, legal, operational, marketing, real estate, and finance expertise. This enables practitioners to focus on patient care.
**Job Description**
The full-time Mental Health Business Development Specialist will be based out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, supporting the state of Florida and offering flexibility for remote work.
This role is responsible for developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, generating leads, building relationships with referral sources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met and exceeded.
**Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year**
The ideal candidate resides near or in Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Preferred). A Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field is required, along with 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
A proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies is essential. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels is also crucial.
