Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily instruction and assistance to individuals with intellectual disabilities, including meal planning, leisure time planning, and personal care.
- Administer medication, manage finances, and provide transportation as needed.
- Complete documentation, including behavior plans, individual goals, and incident reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the well-being of individuals supported.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues, supervisors, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Current driver's license required.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and walking.
- Ability to bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
