Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Staff to join our team at Network Human Services. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, socialization, and development of life skills.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy living environment by adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records, as required.
  • Participate in ongoing staff training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to assist residents with daily living activities, as needed.
