Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is between $85,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Stress Lab RN, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Your primary function will be to deliver high-quality patient interactions and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing stress tests and other cardiovascular procedures.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop effective care plans, and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and excellent patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Required, Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required.
- BLS-American Heart Association BLS Provider issued card required.
- ACLS-American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of hire.
- 1 year acute care experience required.
- Interventional Cath Lab or critical care experience preferred.
