As a compassionate and reliable RN, you will make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously, working collaboratively with a phenomenal team to provide excellent care to our patients.

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Surgical RN who can collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation, advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team, and analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues. You will also identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation, act as an advocate for patient safety, and ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, Multistate or able to obtain licensure prior to start
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred
  • 1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care environment preferred
  • BLS (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start
  • NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
