About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead acquisition and production projects in our eMotor and eAxle product area. Key Responsibilities
  • Leading cross-functional project/program teams for production projects with focus on launch and after SOP activities
  • Ensuring project KPIs are achieved, including on-time, on-spec, on-quality, on-budget/profit, and customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with plant functions to ensure safe launch and change management
  • Driving definition of risks and risk mitigation plans, problem solving, and human/capital resource management
  • Managing schedule/open issues to closure by identifying, prioritizing, communicating and reducing risk through informed decision making processes with appropriate escalation and transparency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering, or a related engineering domain
  • 5+ years of project management experiences with successful experiences in launching automotive products into production
  • Experience in leading global cross-function project teams, including engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing
  • Experiences in interfacing directly with the customer
