Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the housekeeping team, ensuring effective training and direction.
  • Monitor team performance during shifts and provide daily reports to management.
  • Utilize industrial cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of walls, windows, mirrors, light fixtures, and artwork.
  • Maintain restrooms by cleaning and restocking supplies as necessary.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying receptacles regularly.
  • Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance among team members.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is advantageous.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift weights up to 25 lbs consistently.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
  • Ability to follow management directives and effectively lead team members in task execution.
