Requirements

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
  • Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry, with the ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, and high-performance retail environment, with a Guest First mindset.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
