Job Title: Insurance Sales Manager

This is a Full-Time, In-Office role that offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing insurance agency. Located at 4010 Watson Plaza Drive, Suite 260, Lakewood CA 90712, our firm specializes in customized insurance products for businesses and individuals.

As a Personal Insurance Sales Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of insurance professionals and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with insurance companies and other stakeholders to expand our product offerings and reach new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Active Property & Casualty License required.
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with a strong ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Bilingual skills, with Spanish a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Leadership: 5 year (Required).

License/Certification:

  • Insurance Producer License (Required).
