Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Facilities Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical expertise to site operations teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Implement Maintenance Policy: Interpret and implement maintenance policy and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage Projects: Manage O&M, construction/renovation projects, and capital improvement initiatives.
  • Lead Integrated Teams: Build and sustain high-performing integrated teams to achieve facility operations goals.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 8-10 Years of Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Technical Expertise: Significant focus on mechanical or electrical engineering, with professional certification/registration.
  • Process Improvement: Knowledge of process improvement models, such as LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000.
  • Customer Service: Experience providing high-quality customer service.
  • Project Management: Proficient knowledge and experience in project management concepts, including project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables.
  • US Citizenship: US Citizenship is required.
  • Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility is required.
