Job Title: Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at 360 Customer Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with special needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Utilize a range of teaching methods to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support student progress and well-being.
  • Implement behavioral management strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest learning technology and educational tools to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Monitor and assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • State certification in Special Education teacher with M/M or M/S Credentials.
  • Experience in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles.
  • Familiarity with Montessori or other alternative teaching methodologies is a plus.
  • Training in behavioral therapy is advantageous.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour.
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Work Environment:
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday.
  • San Lorenzo, CA location.
Requirements:
  • Special Education Certification for California.
  • Moderate to severe credentials for California (Preferred).
  • Mild to moderate credentials for California (Required).
