PPA seeks innovative, passionate, and motivated individuals to become part of our community. Our success is driven by assembling a team of professionals who resonate with our mission and embody the PPALife philosophy.

*CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE LOCALLY IN THE DC/MD AREA*

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating one practice session and one game weekly for each team (totaling 2 hours per week)
  • Coaching 1-3 teams throughout the season
  • Leading your team during the end-of-season PPA tournament
  • Maintaining regular communication with team parents
Required Qualifications:
  • Commitment to PPA coaching principles: preparedness, education, and instilling PPA Life values
  • Conducting coaching sessions with enthusiasm, enjoyment, and engagement to create unforgettable experiences for athletes
  • Strong communication skills with PPA Staff and parents
  • Collaborative mindset, ready to support as needed throughout the season
